Best fungus treatment
Best treatment for fungus. Once the nail has been assesses, wash it with soap and water. Soak the nail in 1/4 vinegar 1/4 water mixture for apx 15 min. *if it is a single nail you can do diluted vinegar on a cotton ball. Repeat 2-3 times per week until the nail has grown out the fungal section.
Dry flaky skin remedy
Mixture of olive oil, vinegar and your favorite hand lotion (Averno is often good). Mix together in a small travel bottle. Handy to have and easy to apply.
Vicks vapor rub will also help to debride thickened skin and soften hard calluses .
